Wyoming Women's Business Expo Gifts Wyoming Women's Foundation
Cody, WY
The Wyoming Women’s Foundation announces a donation from the Women’s Business Expo. The biannual event held in Cody this past October draws women from all over the state and promotes women owned businesses through targeted workshops and speakers. This year the event had 9 morning and 9 afternoon workshops representing the finest panel from throughout Wyoming, 36 exhibitors and 175 participants for the day long event. “The event was a huge success, and Forward Cody was truly proud to have partnered with the Women’s Business Expo Foundation in putting on this critically important event for women and small business owners,” said Kelli Thornton, Expo event coordinator and Business Development Specialist of Forward Cody. The Expo offered innovative ways to train women and create new business opportunities. Its mission and approach aligns well with Forward Cody’s own objective to help our community of small business owners and entrepreneurs take care of business and succeed. This gift is given to promote and fund the WYWF mission of creating opportunities for economic self-sufficiency for women and the future of girls. “The Wyoming Women's Foundation is grateful for this gift and the opportunity to participate in the Women’s Business Expo.
